We have 8 guides. Do they all have to pay?
No. One price for your whole organisation, however many guides you have.
How much does the box cost?
A one-off €349 per box, for those who also want to listen without internet. You need 1 box per group and it becomes your agency's. Without a box everything runs over the internet (4G or hotel wifi).
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Paying yearly costs €1,490, which is 2 months free.
Do pilgrims need internet?
No. With internet the guide can be heard from anywhere. Without internet, the router in the guide's bag takes over for up to 120 phones.
Do pilgrims have to install an app?
The app is available for iPhone and Android, and there is also a browser version, so nobody is left out.
Which phones does it work on?
iPhone, Android and any modern browser.
How many pilgrims per guide?
There is no limit on the number of pilgrims. Over the internet everyone can listen; the router in the guide's bag serves up to 120 phones at once without internet.
What happens to the pilgrims' location?
Their location is only shared with their own guide, and only when they press "I'm lost". It stops once they are back with the group.
Does it also work for hajj?
Yes. Sawtguide is made for umrah and hajj groups, from the Haram to the ziyarah.
Is it only for umrah and hajj?
No. Umrah and hajj groups are where we started, and it works for any group with a guide: bus tours, school trips, city walks and museums.
